Data Deletion Instructions
We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can delete your data from Concerts Remembered mobile app at any time by following the instructions below.
How to Delete Your Data
- Open the Concerts Remembered app on your device
- Go to Settings (usually found in your profile or menu)
- Select "Data & Privacy"
- Choose one of the following options:
- Delete All Concerts - Removes all your concert data but keeps your account
- Delete Account - Permanently deletes your account and all associated data
⚠️ Important Information
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days of your request
- Some data may be retained for legal or security purposes as described in our Privacy Policy
What Data Gets Deleted?
When you delete your account, we remove:
- Your profile information
- All saved concerts and memories
- Photos and notes you've added
- Any other personal data associated with your account
