Data Deletion Request

At Concerts Remembered, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information. If you would like to delete your account and all associated data after using our mobile app, you have two options:

Option 1: Delete Your Account In-App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly through the Concerts Remembered app:

1. Open the Concerts Remembered app
2. Go to Settings
3. Navigate to Data Management
4. Tap Delete Account
5. Confirm your decision

Your data will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you're unable to access the app or prefer to request deletion via email, please contact us at:

app@concertsremembered.com

Please include in your email:

- Subject Line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your Email Address: The email associated with your Concerts Remembered account
- Optional: Reason for deletion (helps us improve)

What Gets Deleted:

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

✓ Your account information (email, display name, preferences)  
✓ All concert memories and entries  
✓ All photos you've uploaded  
✓ All ratings and reviews  
✓ All personal notes and reflections  
✓ All setlist data  
✓ All custom experiences and tags  

Data Retention Timeline:

- Active Servers: Data deleted immediately upon request
- Backup Systems: Removed within 30 days
- Log Files: May persist up to 90 days for security and legal compliance

What We Cannot Delete:

Some information may be retained for legal or security purposes:

- Transaction records (if applicable in the future)
- Data required by law to retain
- Anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked back to you

Response Time

We will process your deletion request within 14 days and send you a confirmation email once complete.
